Built in the 1970s by the Acorn Deck House Company, this midcentury modern home pairs exposed post-and-beam framing with wood floors and ceilings. Large windows frame the surrounding woods, giving the interiors a strong connection to the landscape.

Our renovation focused on the kitchen and family room and the bathroom and closet in the primary suite. We also reworked the entry to create a more natural progression into the house and added windows to bring daylight and views of the forest into more of the interior.
